Shipping policy

Pre-order shipping. Outrun herding balls are sold on pre-order and are scheduled to ship in early 2027. We’ll email you as your ship date gets closer, and again with tracking once your order is on its way. If the ship date changes, we’ll let you know, and you can still cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships.

Where we ship. We ship worldwide. The countries available and the shipping options for your address are shown at checkout.

Shipping costs. Calculated at checkout based on your destination, order size and shipping method.

Customs, duties and taxes. Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. If these are collected at checkout, they won’t be due at delivery. If not, they may be due on delivery and are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost, damaged or delayed packages. Contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to sort it out.
