Refund policy

Pre-orders. Outrun herding balls are sold on pre-order and ship early 2027. You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships, for any reason, and we’ll refund everything you’ve paid to your original payment method. To cancel, contact us with your order number.

Returns after delivery. If you’d like to return an item after it arrives, contact us before sending anything back and we’ll explain your options. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one, return shipping is your responsibility.

Damaged or faulty items. Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us right away with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Refunds. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to post the refund.

This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
